With the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization, rapid economic and socialdevelopment of the city, according to the general rules of urbanization, China’s urbanizationhas entered a stage of rapid development period, the rapid increase in urbanization bringsmore value-added benefits of urban land significantly, the study of the distribution of urbanland value-added benefits are also attracted widespread attention, and in eighteen reportspecifically discussed. Urban land value-added income distribution is not only an economicbenefit distribution, it is a matter of social justice and social progress. In recent years therehas been a series of land disputes, but also require up to explore the theoretical level kernelland appreciation reasonable income distribution pattern and formulation basis. On the onehand, which is conducive to deepen the appreciation of urban land distribution of incomerecognition, to extend it to a double meaning of the socio-economic level, on the other hand,it helps to develop a more rational urban relocation compensation standards, thereby reducingthe urban demolition and renovation costs and promote the process of urbanization.In this paper, according to the basic theory-urban demolition compensation standard-the idea of value-added income distribution patterns of urban land reform, land appreciationfor the specific case of income distribution patterns analysis, summarized income distributionpattern of land value problems Finally suggestions.The article consists of six chapters.The first chapter is an introduction, describes the research background, significance,methods and technical route, and literature related to a more systematic collation.The second, third, fourth and fifth chapters are the main thesis. The second chapter ofthe land value of the concept and to define urban demolition, and to sort and analysis,including land rent theory, land tax theory and the theory of property rights and relatedpolicies and regulations related to the basic theory and policy regulations. The third chapter isbased on the basic theories and policies and regulations, analyze the current urban demolitionprocess of land value increment allocation patterns and problems, and come among the mainfactors affecting the process of urban demolition land value increment allocated and majorfactors intrinsically linked. The fourth chapter is a specific case study, comparing thedifferent types of urban demolition case, based on the actual value of urban land incomedistribution patterns and methods of rationality to analyze and summarize the distributionpattern of rational factors for urban relocation compensation mechanism developed to providetechnical support.
