Economic growth is the primary goal of all countries to seek progress anddevelopment. Economic theory tells us: the impact of economic growth of a countryor region is a major factor in economic growth factors endogenous and exogenousgrowth factors. In this paper, QinghaiProvince as the research object, combining theory with empirical analysis to study therole of human capital contribution to the economic growth of Qinghai Province.First, the article summarized the theory of human capital, based on the analysisof the concepts of human capital and human capital for economic growth mechanismof action, from the current situation in Qinghai Province from economic growth andhuman capital in rural and urban structure, industrial structure, industry structure andhuman amount of capital, quality and other aspects of a detailed analysis of thecurrent situation of human capital of Qinghai Province, due to the role of humancapital on economic growth is achieved through its investment, so the text continuesfrom the point of view of macro-and micro human capital of Qinghai Province andfamily investment and build model, using Granger causality test, Qinghairelationship between human capital and economic growth, and to estimate thecontribution of human capital to economic growth in Qinghai, Empirical analysisshows that between1996to2011, Qinghai exists between human capital andeconomic growth both unidirectional influence, namely the human capital of QinghaiProvince has brought economic growth, but increase the total output of the economydid not cause an increase in human capital, and human capital of Qinghai Province contribution to economic growth, to a lesser extent, by the human capital modelisolated direct contribution to economic growth and indirect contributions are low,and analyze the causes of the human capital of Qinghai low contribution rate ofeconomic growth, and finally proposes to enhance human Qinghai Provincesuggestions capital contribution ratio.
