3G is the abbreviation of English the3rd Generation, refers to the thirdgeneration of mobile communication technology. At present, our country is in thehigh-speed development stage of commercial application of3G technology, and thehuge investment, the formation and maintenance of the network operationoutsourcing trend brought mobile phone industry a broad market space.As a subsidiary of China Unicom, HS Company is in charge of3G mobilephone’s sale and service. Our products including3G mobile phones,3G cards,netbooks and the other wireless or wired communications terminal products. Afterour country’s telecommunications restructuring, the HS Company’s new historicalmission is to render a service for China Unicom’s3G communications businessdevelopment terminals and customization of the business. The first, is responsible ofWCDMA terminal for the development of China Unicom’s3G business, especiallythe strategic products and "star products". The second is to offer the unified nationalstandardization of product package for China Unicom. The third is to promote thecompany’s full specialization, marketization process. This is a difficult task andchallenge for the rapid growing HS Company, and also is the development of a newcross-cutting historic opportunity.This article is based on the analysis of the current market competitionenvironment, customers and the mobile marketing strategy, making the JXHSCompany’s staff in the face of the fierce competition and changing customerrequirements, to fully understand the company’s own advantages, disadvantages andproblems. On the basis of carefully thinking, meticulous planning, make effectivemarketing strategy, to seize the opportunities brought by the external environmentchange.
