| From the beginning of2000, China economy entered a period of rapid growth,the domestic demand for resources and energy, greatly boosted the development ofGeology and marine industry. FH company as an active in the Chinese geologicalexploration, marine investigation in the field of high-tech companies, technicalsolutions are advanced science and succeeded in China launched a series ofapplications in geological exploration, marine areas of investigation and system. FHcompany has distinct characteristics of small and medium-sized, family type,knowledge of the company, it is the representative of certain. In recent years,enterprises in the period of rapid development, but FH company employee turnoverhas become a serious problem in the stable development of enterprises. Similar toFH, small and medium enterprises most of all phenomena, talent loss therefore,research on the incentive mechanism of salary has universal significance to othersimilar enterprises.This paper takes FH company as an example, analyzes the FH companycompensation incentive mechanism existence question, from the theory of incentivesfor FH company’s sales staff, technical staff, an important position of staff salaryincentive mechanism for the preliminary design, and puts forward the safeguardmeasures of salary incentive mechanism optimization. Finally, the author putsforward the research conclusion, and further work direction of some existingresearch. |
