In thedimension of organization integration, established real estate enterprise internal full decorationhousing group (MDCT) for collaborative management and external parties integration project teamaccording to the principle of concurrent engineering and Partnering model. In the dimension ofprocess integration, divided full decoration housing construction process stage, analyzed each stageof function and logical link in IDEF0method, restructuring the full decoration housing constructionprocess based on the principle of concurrent engineering. In the dimension of target integration, putforward full decoration housing construction target integration conceptual model as the core toPartnering agreement. In the dimension of information integration, put forward the full decorationhousing construction conceptual model for information integration platform.
