In recent years, construction enterprises are faced with increasingly intensecompetition environment. In the increasingly fierce market competition, how toimprove the quality, reduce the cost of each construction enterprises must face theproblem. Only rely on their own strength to open up the market to win thecompetition becomes more and more difficult. Fierce competition compels enterprisesto tap their own potential fluctuation kongfu, enhance the management level.At present more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the constructionenterprise supplier management, seek and have money, contacts and technical strengthof the suppliers. Supplier quality management is the enterprise is badly in need ofmining profit point of growth. Through the use of management software supplierselection, evaluation, training, to become its own reliable partner, is constructs theenterprise development the inevitable choice.Construction enterprises in the construction of need with numerous suppliers,according to the feature of construction industry to better manage suppliers, makingfull use of the ability of the supplier, supplier quality, supplier retained wash outinferior, broaden the suppliers of resources, the accumulation of enterprises ownsupplier information database, is constructs the enterprise managers are concernedabout. Supplier management on construction engineering quality, cost, time limit for aproject, it plays a very important role, construction enterprises is the implementationof differentiation and low cost strategy is one of the main means.In this paper, author has studied and analyzed the JA company on the process ofsuppliers developing and suppliers data, with the theory of supplier management, andincorporated with the author’s practice experience. JA company has been getting agood result of communication improvement inter enterprise and has gotten a platformfor management of the suppliers by application of ERP system in the company. Andthe process of management of supplier was modified, the suppliers were managed viathe company rather than the department, by the running of ERP system in thecompany. The company got the controllability enhance on the procurementmanagement. The information on materials, cooperatives, prices and the suppliers allwere recorded well in the ERP system. Based on these information and data in ERP,JA’s procurement efficiency and purchasing management level has been promoted, by category and constructive managing the suppliers, the supplier evaluationreasonable. So, the compatibility of the company has been promoting continuously.Firstly, apply the theory of supplier management as the reference for the JA’ssupplier management, selection and development. Point out the problem of themanagement of supplier, and set up a target of the management, and give a solutionfor JA supplier management, based on both analyzing the historic record of JAsupplier management and the result of study. Entry and run the data of JA’s suppliersin the ERP system, so have the suppliers’ source of JA fully. Then summary the effectof management in JA,and give some proposal for improvement.This paper focuses on the analysis of the JA construction enterprise to improvesupplier quality measures, enterprises use management software suppliers informationdata sharing benefits. The supplier to improve the quality of enterprises,implementation of " high quality " of the procurement target, make the supplierquality management to obtain economic benefits. The JA construction enterprisesupplier quality management analysis can give other construction enterprise suppliermanagement to provide reference.
