The Research About The Income Effect Of Industry Relocation Undertaken By Hunan

Industry transfer is a economic behavior and process, because of conditions ofsupply and demand or supply changes, which is some industries shift from a countryor region to another country or region. With the moving of capital, technology,advanced management system and the concept, industrial transfer will be conducive toeconomic development of receiving party. Currently, the trend is very obviouslywhich industry transfer is happening from the developed countries to our country, andcoastal areas in our country to central region.Hunan is facing many big historic opportunities that the rising of central in China,Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan urban agglomeration approval comprehensivesupporting reform pilot area with construction of "two type society", undertakingindustrial transfer has a huge impact on economic of Hunan province, industrialtransfer has not only effects of economic welfare, to promote economic developmentand upgrade industrial structure, but also effects of social welfare, and has asignificant impact on employment and income. In this paper, we focus on researchingincome effect of undertaking industrial transfer in Hunan. Due to the rare of data, thedomestic academic research is still belongs to the early-stage, so, researching incomeeffect of industrial transfer has certain groundbreaking and realistic significance.In this paper, we research income effect of undertaking industrial transfer aboutHunan, we will be established in status of undertaking industrial transfer in Hunan,and with the average annual salary of an urban employee as per capita income,analyzing the influence of the domestic and international industry transfer for income,in order to provide theory evidence and policy support for increasing income percapita of Hunan province. This article follows the "theoretical analysis-empiricalresearch-policy recommendations" route, first of all, theoretical analyzing the incomeeffect of industry transfer; Secondly, by establishing the econometric model, theempirical researching on income per capita of industry shift in Hunan province;Finally, we will put forward policy recommendations about undertaking industrialtransfer in Hunan province. The results of researching show that it has long-term stable positive correlation about undertaking industrial transfer, labor productivity,fixed investments, GDP and per capita income in Hunan province, but it has a smalleffect about per capita income of undertaking industrial transfer. Based on researchingresults, we argues that we should formulate special plan about industrial relocation,choose standard industrial transfer to undertake, to narrow wage differential withcoastal area gradually, improve living level of people in Hunan province.
