| With the improvement of human cost, psychological capital is increasingattention and becomes another hotspot of research, except for human capital andsocial capital. Animation enterprises have the features of product uniqueness, talentdependence, innovation and duplication of work coexist, which are more significantlyaffected by psychological capital.In the paper, animation enterprises studied as objects and psychological capitalstudied as perspective, the effect of psychological capital on technology innovationperformance of animation enterprises is analysed, and the system and methods ofevaluation index for the capability of their technological innovation are studied. Thefeatures of animation enterprises and their technological innovation are analysed. Therole of human capital, social capital and psychological capital in the technologyinnovation of animation enterprises is also analysed, and the technological innovationmodel of animation enterprises is put forward. In the form of questionnaire survey, theinfluence of the psychological capital on technology innovation performance ofanimation enterprises is carried on the empirical study. By the methods of reliabilityanalysis, validity analysis, and regression analysis, assumptions that the psychologicalcapital level and its variables are related with animation enterprises innovationperformance are validated. This paper analyses the relationship between four factorsof psychological capital with the technology innovation performance of animationenterprises. The evaluation index system of the technological innovation ability ofanimation enterprises is bulided, which consists of4indicators,14subindicators, and60factors. And the evaluation method of it based on DAF is put forward.Thesis research results can be used in the animation enterprises construction andcultivation of psychological capital, in the evaluation of technological innovationability, and for cultural enterprises with similar characteristics. |
