The Research Of Financing Way Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises And Enterprises Benefit

The development of SMEs affects the lifeblood of national economy, SEMs play animportant role in providing jobs, creating revenue and increasing the gross national product. Ithas become an important force in Chinese economic and social development. A large numberof problems exposed in the development of SMEs. Social funds is needed in the developmentof SMEs, capital shortage problems seriously restrict the development of SMEs at present. Inrecent years, the speed of SMEs development decreased gradually, some factors which comefrom SMEs and external financial environment cause the financing needs of SMEs can not bemet. This dissertation try to combine theoretical research and empirical analysis to solve thefinancing problem of SMEs based on the angle of enterprise benefit, and provide thesuggestion for constructing effective financing ways of SMEs.Firstly, this dissertation compares the advantages and disadvantages of various financingways, and discusses the influence on SMEs benefit. Secondly, this dissertation analyses thecurrent financing situation in China and the problems of various financing way in the actualuse. Thirdly, this dissertation uses the method of regression analysis to examine the influenceon SMEs benefit from various financing way, the results prove that the position of bank loanin the SMEs can not be replaced. Therefore, this dissertation combines the current domesticacademe of relationship financing to put forward that the financing way of SMEs should beemphasis on relationship banking loans mainly, and put forward that developing energeticallythe local SMEs in order to support the development of SMEs. Finally, this dissertation putforward suggestion based on the result of theoretical research and empirical analysis.
