With the rapid development of the Internet, traditional communication technologies(CT) no longer meet the needs of the public. IP network-based information and communication technology(IT), with its strong vitality, enriches people’s communications experience. Under this circumstances, the unified information integration technologies of CT and IT, namely unified communications come into being. As an important function of unified communications, the directory service has not yet reached authoritative standards.Therefore, research on the directory service of enterprise unified communications is of great importance.In this paper, the laboratory developed "qifahao" project as the background, in-depth analysis of the shortcomings of traditional address book, developed a system architecture of this article. For business contacts and mobile Internet, this paper proposes a hierarchical access control and information-based address book synchronization program logs,so as to solve the corporate address book using excessive fine-grained access control and mobile terminal resources a key issue.First, this paper conducts an in-depth research on the technology used in this research.In the second part,, this paper has a thorough analysis of the Corporate Directory Service. Based on its functional requirements, this paper makes architecture diagram and functional block diagram that provides a detail description of the role of each functional module and gives a summary of the description information elements related to the directory database and the definition of the schema mode used in the directory book.In the third part, this paper carries out a detailed design of the essential part of the research, including putting forward the classification authority control model based on the RBAC; improved directory synchronization information technology based on the logging; and CAS unified authentication scheme based on the user’s password.At last, this thesis provides the possible realization of the prototype system, and gives a functional test of these modules and has concurrent connection test of the system as well. Functional testing and performance testing results show that the design and implementation of the system in line with the expected results,and has good application value.
