In the modern industrial measurement field,more and more demand for multidimensional measurements at the same time. For exemple the laser tracker in large size field is widely used for measuring the six degrees of freedom,but their work in a small distance measurement is limited.wh ile the laser triangulation probe which is widely used in the field of a small distance measurement has a slight lack of ability to detect at the same time in the six axis.In view of the modern industrial automation,for a small work of micro six dimensional information of the angle of the micro displacement measurement requirements.In this paper,the study and design on six degrees of freedom optical measurement sensor.Firstly,through analyzing the theory of six degrees of freedom optical measurement sensor,to establish the corresponding measurement system mathematical model and error model.Secondly,designing the corresponding light path system based on the system structure and measuring theory in order to achieve the laser signal transmission and acquisition.Finally,circuit system is designed to complete the electrical signal of photoelectric element PSD sensor signal acquisition and PSD signal pretrearment,then transmit the signal after the pretreatment to the PC via a serial port communication.An d displayed in the upper design of user interface.The Platform Establishing is based on the design of light path system,circuit structure.And calibrating the experiment system with the electric displacement.According to the measurement theory and the exper iment data to calculate the coefficient matrix between the actual displacement and spot displacement of the system.Set up the experimental platform to do the 3D detection,the experimental results show that the six degrees of freedom optical measurement sensor is designed in this paper can achieve the object of micro displacement and micro angle measurement in the working distance of the six degree of freedom optical measurement sensor.
