Transcranial magnetic stimulation is the use of the transient current generated transient magnetic field transients into the space directly coupled to the internal body tissue, and thus stimulates the induced current reaching the target cell stimulating effect.As a method of the brain regulation transcranial magnetic stimulation has played an increasingly prominent role in the cerebral function monitor and diagnosis and treatment of mental illness and mental illness. However, the existing transcranial magnetic stimulation systems are mostly bulky, expensive, difficult to meet the growing needs of the family and community health services. The design and development of a portable transcranial magnetic stimulation system is very valuable work.Based on actual needs and the use of current technology, we designed and developed a portable transcranial magnetic stimulation system. In this paper, the principle of electromagnetic transformation in the course of transcranial magnetic stimulation is described.We analyzed the various factors that determine the magnetic induction.combining with the nerve cell stimulation threshold theory and detailed calculation of the parameters of the portable transcranial magnetic stimulation system components,we set performance portable transcranial magnetic stimulation system.In this paper we also discuss specific implementations portable transcranial magnetic stimulation system,introduce the design and commissioning of the power module, the selection and testing of the storage capacitor, the design and debugging of the energy release and recovery circuit,the simulation and design of the system coils, and the design and compiling of the control terminal APP.At the end of this paper, according to the design requirements, the power module, the energy storage capacitor and the coil of the system are tested, and the whole system is tested.After two years of hard work we finally completed development of the prototype, the prototype of the maximum stimulation intensity to 1.5T with the maximum stimulation frequency 5Hz, while the prototype volume of 25 cm *15cm *10cm, intelligent control and end user interaction enhance the user experience, while reducing the system powerconsumption to 200 W, which reaches design requirements. Taking into account the system application environment, the beginning of the system design will reduce the cost of making and use the system as an important factor reference design, greatly reduce the cost of making and using the system.This paper makes some new attempts and research on the portable transcranial magnetic stimulation system, which will provide some new ideas for the development of portable transcranial magnetic stimulation system.
