The in-vehicle network system(IVI) is one of the most important parts of modern vehicle electric technology. Traditional vehicular networks such as CAN and LIN due to its own features, in some cases has been unable to meet the current need for the automobile safety, Therefore, the new vehicle network FlexRay come into being [1].This paper focuses on vehicle network control system research and design, Based on the analysis on the FlexRay protocol, a FlexRay network application prototype system was build with the modular design ideas in order to simulate the high speed vehicle bus communication. The system uses Freescale’s chip MC9S12XF512 as the main controller and NXP company’s TJA1080 as the driver to realize data dual channel redundant transmission, To write software drivers of the FlexRay network node, we use Code warrior. Then the network application prototype system as a platform for the evaluation and testing of FlexRay network performance, mainly for real-time and the bandwidth utilization, the test results meet the FlexRay2.1 protocol. At last, based on the study of static scheduling algorithm, realize the increase of the network bandwidth utilization rate by mathematical model optimization.A FlexRay minimal communication system was designed during theprocess of FlexRay network application prototype system building, the system provides a expansion interface, which is convenient to expand, has the certain value, the design scheme can meet the design requirements and achieved the expected goal.
