With the electric power become more and more important in people’s production and life, to meet people’demand in the travel, the field of scientific research activities, emergency rescue and disaster relief needs, portable generator’s inverter has become the preferred choice of people for its small size, portability. With the continuous decrease of digital signal processor cost, more and more portable generator’s inverter with digital control. Fuzzy sliding mode control is a kind of digital control which has a wide range of stability, robustness, fast dynamic response, simple control implementation advantage.It has been gradually applied to many engineering fields.However, due to the impact of portable generator’s inverter power is strong nonlinear, time-varying parameters, external disturbance and other factors, the conventional control algorithm is difficult to meet the performance requirements of the continuous improvement. To solve these problem for the portable generator’s inverter system, in this paper, the sliding mode control theory is the main framework, introduces the fuzzy control algorithm of sliding mode controller parameters are adjusted adaptively, and taking the Lyapunov theory is the theoretical basis of system stability analysis and control, in order to improve the robustness and real-time control system as the goal, the design of a fuzzy sliding mode controller. Simulation of the system by using the MATLAB software, verified the mobile power inverter in the fuzzy sliding mode control algorithm, the harmonic content of the output waveform is very low, stable performance.Finally, through the design of the inverter hardware circuit, draw and build the inverter hardware platform. According to the analysis of the control theory, the fuzzy sliding mode algorithm program written in. Through hardware and software debugging, hardware platform of the inverter are studied. Finally, the test results are given inverter platform.
