Characteristic Analysis Of User And Man-Machine Interface Research Based On The Supply Chain System

The supply chain system is very important for an enterprise, and it is an important guarantee of production capacity. When developers designing the system, they tend to only consider the functional requirement, and seldom consider the users’ personal factors such as emotion, work habits. The purpose of this paper is to use a variety of industrial design methods to analyze user characteristics, to get the user’s feeling on the operation process and man-machine interface, to make a user-centered system. This can motivate employees and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise.Firstly the paper anaryzed the user characteristics, and took a user research based on the characteristics of each department combining with the conditions of enterprise supply chain management architecture.Users’ needs are accessed through focus group, questionnaire survey, CARDS and other industrial design methods, and in the designing of the system, users will be also involved, to make sure the system is the one that the users need.Then the paper took a study on the human-machine interface of the system. The demand of the man-machine interface has more subjective factors, so in the process of the man-machine interface design, designers should follow some principles such as simplicity, consistency, usability, security.Finally, the paper made a research on the system implementation process. Basic design theory and technology of designing a system was listed, and the structure of the supply chain system was analyzed, and database construction principles of the supply chain system were discussed. In the end, the paper evaluated the effect of the system implementation.The paper got the user’s needs through characteristics analysis of user and man-machine interface research, and finished the design of the system.
