Nowadays EOD robot, one of the important equipment in the terrorism and military field, shows a safe, stable, sensitive performance in response to violent terrorist incidents. And it will be a wide range of equipment in the army, police and fire departments. It is of great significance for the protection of personal and property safety that we have developed a robot to replace personnel engaged in handling explosive suspicious objects or hazardous materials and excluding explosives. The reasons why Chinese anti-terrorism equipment independent products are restricted are that China’s manufacturing industry is relatively backward, advanced core technology development lags behind, especially short board servo motors, drives, controllers and other products.The topic is from the key Technologies R&D Program of Tianjin "Research for the incidents of the embedded modular spot self-reconfigurable mobile robot system". It starts from the actual needs of the robot project for the study of GUI software. In the GUI software control system design process for manipulator kinematics analysis to achieve precise control of the robot; analysis of the reconstruction of the software system; contrast in three virtual monitoring program, the final completion of the use of LabVIEW 3D control technology EOD robot on a real-time monitoring, reflect the physical model motion status and characteristics; The operation and performance of the robot, using a database to store critical data, enhanced control system reliable and traceable in the EOD process; First of all, it elaborates software system design idea. The software was used LabVIEW to write and perfect, and ultimately tested and applied in the EOD robot.In this paper, the development of a software system has been applied in the fight against terrorism EOD robot. It can effectively control the complexity of the job walking and 6-DOF manipulator robots and virtual surveillance robot, basically meet the control requirements counterterrorism EOD robot.
