Design And Implementation Of Social Collaboration Platform

As internet technologies improve, especially personalized technologies, they will be more closely integrated into social production activities. SNS(Social Networking Services) is emerging as a vitally important application of Internet technology, and it will disrupt traditional social activities by extending social information flow within a limited range of the real world to the virtual internet world, making the spread of social information flow beyond time and space.The effect of SNS initially comes from the information exchange between people. With the fast development of social networks, daily communication activities have significantly changed. According to We Are Social’s 2015 report, worldwide social media users have increased to over 2.2 billion people, accounting for approximately one third of the total world population. The development of social relationship between people will ultimately exert an immediate effect on social production organization.Based on the real-name relationship chain, this paper presents an analysis and design of the social collaboration platform. This paper first describes the background and significance of social collaboration, the current status of the internet social networking both in China and abroad, as well as analyzed the social technologies. The system designs a process model, human centered and social for business social collaboration among organizations through the analysis of the evolution of the social technology and business demands. The user-management application will achieve the digitalization and virtualization of the real-name relationship chain. Flexible task application, as a specific collaborative application based on real-name relationship chain, can help explore a way to achieve social collaboration of tasks and system tasks. In terms of the integration with the existing business systems, open API can bring down the complexity of the integration significantly, making the platform more open and more qualified for the social collaboration. The system applied PHP+MySQL, based on B/S Model. And the detailed design and effectiveness of the system are presented. The system runs function and nonfunctional test during the process of software development.The platform introduces sociability information dissemination, In the meantime, taking the management model and social flattening into consideration. The system achieves collaboration including automatically sharing tasks, schedules and job logs between the superior and subordinate or among organizations in a safe way. Practices show that the whole project design is feasible and practical with a forward-looking.
