The Design And Implementation Of Chinaunicom Master Data Management System

Under the guideline “One Group, One Face” of China Unicom Group, and the new requirements for IT system construction, full-service unified access construction mode is proposed in this paper.Based on the data of the area, depart, staff and channel/developing person, combined with the existing group unified authentication system, all business unified access authentication capabilities is realized, security management capabilities is enhanced, platform technology architecture is developed and the data architecture is extended. This paper investigates the design and application of China Unicom Master Data in order to satisfy its centralized management of IT system.As a basis for the main data release, the system is in strict accordance with China Unicom full-service access full-service unified access standards.On the technical architecture of the system, the sophisticated J2 EE architecture is employed to ensure the system’s high availability, high reliability and scalability; the system will be iterative developped by using the sophisticated browser and server architecture, and based on the App Frame development platform, develop with the tools like My Eclipse, Secure CRT, PL / SQL, with the main development languages of JSP, JS, JAVA; and on the same time, the system will test the technical architecture of Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA) which based on Enterprise Service Bus(ESB), the software level is classified and the system architecture is constructed to provide the accumulation of experience and technical validation for the second stage of shared data information center.The main content of this paper is to make the centralized management of China Unicom in 31 provinces that include area, department, staff, channel/ development, data release, rather than the original self-dimensional subsystem by each province,The function modules of this system mainly includes the regional management module, management module, personnel management module, channel/development module, data issued by the module, which is strictly in accordance with the unified China Unicom full-service access and full-service access standards, through real-time interface with changed area, channel/development, department, personnel data, real-time synchronization of Unicom headquarters related systems that include subsystem, China Unicom headquarter Customer Relationship Management(CRM) system, China Unicom electronic sales and service management system was realized, and subscription function of master data to other systems was provided.The system can provide the basis of master data for single sign-on of China Unicom, uniform access certification to provide, and improve the master data cleaning, check and control abilities of China Unicom Group, and provide other system access to master data subscription.
