With the development of science and technology increasingly tending to globalization,the phenomenon of scientific collaboration in scientific research process becomes more and more common,and many important results are completed through cooperation in the form of individuals and groups.Scientific collaboration network is defined broadly as the network formed by the research activities exists between the researchers,institutions,countries and disciplines.This paper is based on the influence of the multiple data sources, researches the model of scientific collaboration network and analyzes the examples,combining the theories and methods of weighted network and mathematical statistics,compares with the situation of single data source,description the network based on the multiple data sources more fully reflects the collaboration between the scientific research subject. Especially for Chinese scientific research subject,you can evaluate their output through thinking the impact of multiple database.We mainly considered the characteristics of scientific collaboration network when building the model of it, with the method of weighting networks.And try to define the nodes and edges, the authors contributions and the different weighting coefficient under a single data source and multiple data sources.Based on the methods and models in Chapter III,we choose Tao Ran who is in Beijing Institute of Technology as our studing object.Searching his datas in Web of Sciencet, EI database and Chinese academic journal publishing important domestic and international pool and conference papers full-text database of published papers database,and we clean the datas,remove the duplicates and convert the form of author names.Then four separate data source adjacency matrix are established and we use pajek software for analysis, implementing the visualization of the network.This paper hope to achieve the model of scientific cooperation network in the case of multiple data sources.With the analysis of Tao Ran, we can realize the main co-authors and relationships. By analyzing the similarities and differences between the single sources and multiple data sources, we considered the impact of multiple data sources can be achieved more comprehensive analysis of scientific collaboration networks.
