With the rapid development of MEMS and wireless communication technology, wireless sensor networks have been widely used in many areas. Coordination mechanism for Wireless sensor networks nodes is a cooperative processing system which is formed by the use of multiple technologies, which is service-oriented or task-oriented. Efficient cooperation between sensor nodes is an essential prerequisite for stable operation of wireless sensor networks. Current researches of coordination mechanism for wireless sensor networks nodes mostly focus on individual aspects of cooperation mechanism, studies on decision-making and stable state of coordination mechanism for WSNs nodes are relatively immature.In this paper, we discuss the problem that exists in trust management of nodes coordination mechanism as a starting point, then we analyze the coordination mechanism in wireless sensor networks from the macro level, the conditions of the stable state for the nodes in wireless sensor networks are obtained. The factors affecting the evolutionary stable state are analyzed, and finally simulation experiments validate conclusions. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1) Aiming at the problem that replicator dynamic equation is not suitable for studying wireless sensor networks which are consisted of limited numbers of nodes, stochastic Wright-Fisher process is introduced, then a stochastic evolutionary trust model for wireless sensor networks nodes based on Wright-Fisher process is established. By analyzing the dynamics of the stochastic evolution game model, theorems of evolutionary stable states of nodes trust game are proposed and proved, then simulation experiments verify theorems.(2) According to the current research of wireless sensor networks, the definition of coordination mechanism for wireless sensor network nodes is given; basic content and characteristics of coordination mechanism are summarized. Then correlation mechanisms in wireless sensor networks are classified, and several coordination strategies for wireless sensor network nodes are presented and analyzed.(3) An imitated mutation factor based on logistic equation is introduced into Wright-Fisher process, and then a Wright-Fisher process with imitated mutation model is produced. In this model, Wright-Fisher process can not only show the dynamic evolution at macro level, but also show the strategy adjustment of individual behavior at micro level.(4) The process of selecting coordinated strategy for sensor nodes is abstracted as the process of stochastic evolutionary game. Wright-Fisher process with imitated mutation is introduced to construct a stochastic evolutionary coordinate model for wireless sensor networks nodes. This model can reflect the adjustment of sensor nodes in stochastic game process. By analyzing the dynamics of the stochastic evolutionary game model, theorems of evolutionary stable states of nodes coordination game are proposed and proved, and then simulation experiments verify theorems.By analyzing the coordination mechanism for wireless sensor networks nodes, this paper established stochastic evolutionary game model to promote wireless sensor networks nodes collaborate better. The results of this paper provide a theoretical basis for the coordination mechanism of wireless sensor networks nodes.
