With the arrival of the era of big data, data analysis and penetration into all walks of life, the analysis method is also increasingly rich. And in the field of education, especially in the middle school for data analysis is relatively simple, the most real data in the middle school students are the test results. In general, the results of the analysis is to calculate the average score, pass rate, excellent rate, total score and other indicators, and the link between the subjects, the characteristics of each student’s performance and other aspects of the analysis.In this paper, the principal component analysis method is used to reduce the middle school students’ scores, calculate the score of each principal component score and the score of the main components. Then, the students are separated from the subjects. Finally got the bias of the students to the science of the main components of the overall ranking or the entrance exam in which all have outstanding performance.
