Cloud computing is to realize the high public and highly centralized sharing of large-scale computing resource, storage resource and data resource. Characteristics of cloud computing system architecture such as sharing environment and distributed and openness, complex outsourcing service model, multi-tenant virtual resource make safety problems in virtualization technology become a bottleneck restricting the development of cloud computing. Security mechanisms should establish in cloud computing environment, in order to ensure the security of cloud computing.The virtualization security research in cloud computing can be divided as VMM(Hypervisor) protection and the protection of guest virtual machines(Guest VM). The purpose of this dissertation is to resolve the security problem existing in the virtual machine resource of client cloud computing machine, the establishment of suitable for cloud computing initiative to monitor process environment and ensure the client virtual machine security.The main work of this paper has the following aspects:Study on cloud computing and virtualization security problems in cloud computing environment. Combined with the characteristics of cloud computing environment, we take a detailed analysis of the traditional virtualization security issues, security issues and threats of the new generation in cloud computing environment. We make introduction of existing key technology’s advantages and disadvantages of virtual client machines security scheme as reference with which we make up the key mechanism of active monitoring process.Take cloud computing virtualization security problem analysis as the foundation,we design a cloud environment safety monitoring mechanism to make up monitoring establishment and resource monitoring client. With double system architecture, active monitoring technology and process synchronization mechanism combined safety monitoring mechanism, we set up the protection of cloud computing operating system client security and realize the dynamic protection on operating system client.Base on the characteristics of cloud computing virtualization and distributed characteristics, we deploy in the open source cloud platform Openstack. Combined with the safety monitoring process and related functional modules, we realize the above security monitoring mechanism to verify its feasibility and effectiveness.
