Satellite communication technology is one of the most advanced communication technology by far. Due to its large coverage area and long communication distance, the satellite communication technology plays an important role in all fields. With the sustainable development of satellite technology, as well as the emergence of emerging applications, Multi-layer satellites network structure gradually take the place of single layer satellites network, bringing some new problems that need to be studied in the network in succession. Because of the irregular structure of multi-layer satellite network, the complex connection, on and off intermittently of ISL, and frequent characteristics on the dynamic change of network topology, the research about multi-layer satellite network routing protocol is favored by many researchers. Because spatial information network must keep its Qo S performance, satellite network as its core network is essential to study Qo S routing protocols. This article mainly researches on Qo S routing protocols of Multi-layer satellite network. This article first analyses the background of the subject and the research significance, and emphatically analyses the importance of studies of multi-layer network Qo S routing protocol in satellite mobile communication. Then we analyze research status of the satellite network routing protocol at home and abroad. We found that in the contemporary study of satellite communication, multilayer network routing algorithm plays as a hot issue. But the research of routing algorithm in multilayer network, especially Qo S routing algorithm with many business classification are relatively few. In response to this phenomenon, firstly, in order to ensure the location of mobile users, the paper studied the mobile user location management strategy that laying the foundation for later routing algorithm research. Secondly, according to the problem in GEO/LEO double layer network that connection relationship changes frequently resulting in link frequent switching. And In hierarchical management approach, there are complex connection relations between GEO satellites and LEO satellites. To solve the network congestion, heavy overhead caused by rerouting should be paid out etc. This paper study a Qo S routing strategy based on clan first management in GEO/LEO double layer satellite network. The strategy puts forward a MSAP algorithm, making full use of the properties of the algorithm which can be offline calculated. It can realize load balancing and ease the congestion in the network by the alternative path pre-computed. Thirdly in MEO/LEO double layer network, there exists a problem that topology updates frequently with bad laws. The rerouting method which is to ease the network congestion and ensure transmission bandwidth of business also will lead to a large amount of overhead. And multi-layer network complementary advantages can’t be used to improve the Qo S of different business satisfaction etc. This paper studies a Qo S routing strategy based on swarm and location optimum in MEO/LEO double layer network. The strategy puts forward a M-BMDP algorithm which improves BMDP algorithm. The proposed algorithm is effective in relieving congestion in network, and provides better Qo S service for different types of business. Statistical magnitude like time delay and packet drop rate has been improved. And the proposed algorithm solved the delay problem caused by reroute, reducing the overhead of routing. Finally considering the influence of ground access business to business network, a Qo S routing strategy based on flow forecasting will be discussed in MEO/LEO double layer network. Business flow model which is accessed by the ground will be predicted through the neural network, in order to solve the congestion of network and the load balancing problem caused by traffic from the ground. And it reduces the packet drop rate.
