With the rapid development of satellite processing technology, the satellite network now has been able to support two-way communication service between satellite and ground station, provide wide geographical covering areas and remote ground connection. Moreover, by satellite navigation technology, great changes have taken place in the field of logistics. Logistics has been supporting other economic activity particularly associated with the physical transport activities, has a role in promoting the rapid development of the national economy. In the satellite network system, there are many limitations that make it unable to have a good performance in the communication business. On the other hand, satellite network has the characteristics of high dynamic topology, uneven distributed ground users, there will be some congestion problems, and increase the delay of data package and the loss probability. In addition, the satellite link optimization protocol usually adopt single link optimization strategy, resulting in data transmission focus on some path. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the allocation of path in the period of satellite system operation. At present, many domestic and foreign researchers put forward many solutions to single layer satellite network routing, but to multi-layer satellite network, there still need to be supplemented and perfected. In the multi-layer satellite network, the typical routing algorithms calculate the routing table by collecting the dynamic link information, lacking corresponding load balancing mechanism.Firstly, this thesis summarizes the key technology of the satellite network, introduces the satellite link and satellite constellation, and analyses the system structure of single layer satellite network and multi-layer satellite networks. Then analyzes the routing technology and the research background, put forward existing satellite network routing problem and the solution, and proposes a load balancing algorithm for link cost conversion based on multi service satellite. The algorithm divide global coverage as ranges by congestion grade, and get different transmission paths through the flow prediction and link cost transform, then provide reasonable path and data distribution according to different business needs of QoS. The algorithm can effectively balance the flow between satellites, improve the load balance of the whole network, at the same time, meet the different needs of the business on QoS. Finally, the related experiments were carried out in the simulation platform to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. Compared with traditional algorithm, this algorithm effectively reduces the data transmission delay, reaches its entire network flow balance by using the advantages of LEO and MEO, and improves the throughput of satellite network.
