This paper studies current e-commerce developing situation,propose the electronic commerce website is also facing the question which the safety work, the credit, the law, the logistics and so on several aspects urgently await to be solved. On the net the information flow, the commercial interchange, the fund flows and so on the circulation of commodities majority of questions may be solved, but the physical distribution problem is unable to be solved actually. Therefore, in the electronic commerce developing process, the logistic bottleneck is not allowed to be neglected. Therefore the paper proposes to construct a physical distribution information platform; it enables the supply chain upstream and downstream enterprises to share resources, in which the instructions, the information, even the capital, will flow rapidly.After studying the functions of typical domestic and foreign physical distribution e-commerce platform, this paper proposed it is necessary to construct physical distribution information platform with the following functions: providing the supply chain upstream and downstream enterprise logistic supply and demand information release, supporting online logistic dealing, offering the third party payment fund safeguards, and submiting real-time information and reminder by short message. The main innovation spot of this physical distribution information platform in the paper lies in:1) It can offer the vehicle routing map for the physical distribution enterprise: After comparing serveral familiar best physical distribution route algorithm, this system adopts the optimized parallel ant colony algorithm with particle swarm characteristic to produce the vehicle routing map. This algorithm is an algorithm mixing the merit of the ant group, the swarm characteristic algorithm, the genetic algorithm,it is proved to be advanced in the experiments.2) It provides the simplest solution of the embed component to obtain the cross domain information for the B2B websites: After comparing serveral familiar solution, this paper proposes to resolve the problem by an Ajax cross domain library, realizes the cross domain solution, which can reduce the work in the B2B website page.At first the thesis studies current situation of the e-commerce, demonstrates logistics is its bottleneck. And this can be resolved efficiently by connecting the supply chain upstream enterprise with the downstream enterprise via the information platform. Then it analyzes a number of typical B2B web sites, illuminate the advantage of the platform which includes the third party pay, the short message service and it provides inbuilt service for other B2B web sites, besides it offers the the vehicle routing map service based on the optimized parallel ant colony algorithm. At last, it describes partial implements of the platform.
