With the continuous improvement of mobile network infrastructure, network applications are gradually connected with daily life, such as social activities, e-commerce and so on. The popularity of network applications has led to an exponential growth of the server connectivity amount, and the sharp increase in the amount of access has overburdened the load on server. Therefore, only by designing an efficient server cluster system can eliminate the problem effectively.Firstly, was studied the system architecture as well as the implementation of business logic of SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) server, STUN(Simple Traversal of UDP over NATs) server and TURN(Traversal Using Relays around NAT) server, and implements a basic audio and video session system with the combination of PJSIP. Then, a set of user management servers are designed to manage user groups effectively, with a communication protocol based on TCP and a brand new health inspection system. Finally, to balance the entire audio and video server system effectively, was puts forward a brand new load balancing scheduling strategy based on the LVS(Linux Virtual Server) cluster technology according to the different characteristics of real server business logic. At the same time, a dynamic feedback load balance server system is deployed with the basis of LVS static WLC(Weighted Least-Connection Scheduling) scheduling strategy, which will acquire all real server load weights on time, and assign task request according to the real server load conditions.In this thesis, the WLC dynamics negative feedback scheduling algorithm and brand new equilibrium strategies are under a lot of testing and data acquisition. After careful collation and detailed analysis of the data, it proves to enhance the performance of the entire audio and video communication in a certain extent. because of the set up of the server cluster system and the dynamic negative feedback scheduling algorithm.
