The Research On Law Online Under The Perspective Of Narratology

The TV legal program is a new type of program with the construction of rule of law in China, it bears the important responsibility for spreading legal knowledge from the day of it s birth. Under the background of promoting ruling the country by law, it requires TV legal pro gram to spread the legals, to promotes the spirit of the rule of law at a higher level, to cultivat e of citizens’ concept and spirit of the rule of law, and to participate in the construction of the r ule of law in the country effectively.In the flourishing period of Legal program development, Rule of Law Online was bor n. After more than ten years of development, it became the typical program of showing the pr ocess of the rule of law of our country because of it’s timeliness,ideological and service. T his article is according to the 102 nd of Rule of Law Online in 2015. It analyses the narrative s ymbols, the discourse, and the mode of Rule of Law Online. And according to the problem i n it, we get many ideas and hope to provide reference for other law program.Firstly, this article introduces the background, meaning and related literature, it combed t he origin and development of the theory of narrative, and introduce the development of China’s TV legal program and the Rule of Law Online. The main part of it use the narrative symbol s to analyse the function of linguistic symbols and non linguistic symbols. And according to t he narrative structure of it. It analyse story telling view,focus and tactics by using the narrativ e time and voice.So, the Rule of Law Online let us see the timely real scene and multiple perspectives. It c onclude the formation of five basic patterns in the narrative of different news stories. And it i s consider the tendency of the senses, legal principle and the story of the low degree of integra tion in the Rule of Law Online and so on.
