The Design And Implementation Of Teaching Assistant Management System Of E&A College

E&A College is institution of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools,that is Hebei normal university of science and technology and Medicine Hat College in Canada cooperation in running schools for higher degree education. E&A College’s part-time teachers’ proportion is large, so using the common course arrangement system has poor effect. With the expansion of college enrollment, the greater difficulty in teaching management in practice. In teaching work and teaching management requires a set of management system to improve the level of information. Therefore, this paper designed and developed a set of suitable for E&A College teaching practice teaching auxiliary operation management system.First, the paper research background and significance of auxiliary teaching management system, and discussed the development situation at home and abroad, combined with E&A College’s problems in the teaching work carried on the system demand analysis, on the basis of feasibility of the sufficient demonstration school infrastructure, technology, funds problem, etc, the paper has been clear about the E&A College teaching auxiliary operation management system requirements and design goals.Secondly, according to the life cycle of software engineering system design, and the college teaching operation requirements and actual situation analysis. The paper uses modular way for teaching operation aided management system function design, database design. System uses the term data separate storage ensure the data integrity, accurate stored in the form of term initialize semester each classroom and the teaching task in every class.Again, according to the functional modules of the system design requirements, the system uses the LAMP development environment for the system development, and connection with OA system. Designed and developed a set of teaching assistant management system, which comprehensive elaborate settings on system, the task of teaching management, auxiliary timetabling, changing classes, class registration, public information inquiry and so on, and makes a detailed description of the key technologies in the system.At last, the paper describes the testing, maintenance and operation of the system.
