The wind speed is a very important index of the information in the safety production of coal mine, coal mine operation environment is complex, with a mixture of various flammable and toxic gases and dust particles. Keep the tunnel ventilation can not only avoid gas accumulation caused an explosion, also may provide the necessary oxygen related to the underground work personnel, but also dilute the underground tunnel of poisonous gas and dust, the measures necessary to ensure the production safety and health of workers. Therefore, detection of wind tunnel and mine ventilation has become an essential daily work. The use of coal mine wind speed detection device are low resolution, low sensitivity, high power consumption, vulnerable to the influence of environmental temperature and humidity, not suitable for the harsh environment of the underground coal mine and deal with emergency. Therefore, it is very important to study the high accuracy and good stability of mine wind speed sensor.Aiming at the market common anemometer shortcomings and the actual production needs, design the double Pt mine wind speed sensor with temperature and pressure compensation function. Sensor using two different types of thin film resistor Pt20 and Pt1000 as probe sensitive components, placed in the wind field, through to current, using resistance heat effect, the thin film resistor temperature higher than a certain environment.In the wind field, the heat loss of thin films can characterize the velocity of the air flow.Heat loss can be reflected in the changes of the resistance, so the two thin film resistors made of bridge structure as detection probe is available resistance characterization of changes in wind velocity value.After the prototype test and double platinum mine wind speed sensor to achieve underground vents and key area 0 ~ 15m/s wind speed of real-time detection, in the range of temperature, measurement error within ±0.3m/s. Through the improvement of the software and hardware circuit and increase the ambient temperature and pressurecompensation design, not only can solve due to regional disparities and seasonal temperature changes caused by inaccurate measurement, increase the system’s general and reliability, but also effectively improve measurement accuracy and in industry for temperature range measurement error by ± 0.3m/s is reduced to within ± 0.2m/s.Sensors with MSP430F5529 ultra low power microcontroller as the main control chip,with three bit eight segment digital tube real-time display of the current wind speed value,display resolution is 0.1m/s and start-up sound and light alarm when the velocity over limit value, It can effectively guarantee the safety of the miners.
