In recent years, with the rapid development of cement, flour, fertilizer, animal feed and other industries, the existing way of warehouse handling and loading modes by workers’ shoulders and vehicles have far less than the needs of the market. The existing way is with high labor and low efficiency for stevedores, and the work environment is very harsh which can endanger the health of stevedores. In this context, the palletizing robots which aim to replace workers to complete handling and loading and unloading operations are put forward. Under this background, “Statics and dynamics of palletizing robots” comes up.Firstly, this paper uses the three-dimensional modeling software UG to build an entity model of palletizing robot, then uses Lagrangian method to build dynamics model for palletizing robots and completes the dynamic analysis of palletizing robots through ADAMS software. This paper obtains the motor output torque curve and thrust curve by lead screw of the palletizing robots under different load through dynamic analysis, then completes the calculation of the servo motor power, the torque, the moment of inertia, and also completes the device selection of servo motor, reduction gear of palletizing robots.Secondly, this paper uses the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench to analyze the statics of the palletizing robots. This paper also analyzes the palletizing robots’ upper arm, forearm, postbrachium and some main structures by using finite element, obtains the stress nephogram of the key parts of palletizing robots, and verifies the rationality of the structure design of the main components of the palletizing robots...
