Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, Plastic injection machine as the special equipment of plastic molding, has developed rapidly. At Present, the control system of domestic plastic injection machine which mostly using in traditional PLC and computer or computer and control card, in the process of production, there are such problems as low precision, high noise, low efficiency, HMI inconvenient operation and so on. It is already can’t meet the requirements of modern computer technology and automation technology.In view of the shortcomings and defects of the existing injection molding machine control system, this paper presents a control method based on EtherCAT technology and I/O interface, software PLC, which is based on industrial control computer.With the research and development of Victor 60 ton machine control system as the research object, makes a detailed study on the existing injection molding machine control system and technological process, Systematically describes the organic whole of background, the research significance of the new injection blow machine.On this basis, a new type of injection molding machine control system with friendly man-machine interface, stable and reliable, and short production cycle is designed, which contains HMI, PLC, Data Sever and hardware configuration.Among HMI system uses the object-oriented programming method; PLC system adopts the structured and modular programming method;Industrial real time Ethernet technology is adopted in the data communication layer.What’s more,aiming at the problem that the precision of the injection blowing machine is not high, the efficiency of injection is low and the temperature control error is big, In the whole design, a feedforward and feedback tracking algorithm is integrated.From the operation of the whole machine and with foreign control system by comparing the results from point of view: whether it is production efficiency, repeat ability and temperature control or machine in the production process of action of smoothing, production noise have greatly improved, further verify the correctness of development ideas. The successful development of the project control system will be of great significance to the development and production of the whole domestic injection molding machine industry.
