With the gradual development of network technology and the continuous improvement of hospital electronic system, obstetrical information electronic system also has a fast development with the overall environment. Obstetrics has complex business processes where create huge obstetrical information. Therefore, it has urgent need to build independent information management system for standardizing the business processes and obstetrical information.The research show that every obstetrical information management systemsat home or abroad have different deficiencies showed in two aspects: Firstly, the domestic obstetrical information management software is crudely or simply made.Secondly, the abroad obstetrical software focus on gynecology and obstetrics,which does not regulate the business processes and standardize obstetrical information,so it is not fitted in domestic hospitals.Besides, its prices are too high. Both obstetrical system at home and abroad adopt C/S architecture, which is very inappropriate in such obstetrics that is visitted by widely distributed user and require real-time data.Based on the study of obstetrical business process regulation and obstetrical information standards, the author complete a more appropriate obstetrical information management system with B/S architecture and all kinds off Web pages technology.The main contents of this article include:(1)The regulation of obstetrical business processes and the standardization of obstetrical information. Through research, the author simplifies complex obstetrical business processes and show it by diagrams. The standardization of obstetrical information is achieved by drop-down box and Input box on user interface with the specific range of information.(2)The three framework integration of Spring 、SpringMVC and Mybatis.Using MVC programming model and three framework which is used as business logic layer、presentation layer and data persistence tier respectively,the author build basic framework of obstetrical information management system.(3)The realization of the system front page. The front page adopt CSS and DIVto style layout, use JSP to build the basic pages,utilize Javasript plugin to complete interactive function,and employ Ajax to complete asynchronous update function,through which several techniques to improve the user experience.(4)The realization of algorithm about fetal state assessment. First, a special sequence is created by five parameters of cardiotocography in fuzzy theory, and then Euclidean distance is calculated between that signal and standard signal sequence to receive the corresponding fetal state. By comparing the experimental results,it show that the judging accuracy of this method is much higher than traditional methods while the false positive rate is much lower than traditional ones.
