With the constant expansion of the construction of the relay satellite system, the progress of space technology, and the speeding up of the development and utilization of space. Tracking and data relay satellite system(TDRSS) relay on the establishment of high-speed communication link between aircraft and ground station, which can largely improve the efficiency of spatial information acquisition. Under the condition of the relay satellite network, the system of caching, forwarding, the amount of data processing is more and more. The data needed to storage and process will reach TB scale in a single day. Data relay satellite system will become the various user interaction and store the data center. The way to distribution, store data to the ground station, schedule data, and improve the efficiency of data retrieval, which needs to solve the problem. The large capacity data storage is still the bottleneck in Space-Ground integrated storage network. It is an important task to make full use of existing resources, and meet the needs of the mass data storage.This paper studies the Space-Ground integrated storage network from the "save", "take" and "use". In the perspective of "save", this paper analyzes the data copy place strategy in cloud storage network. Copy storage strategy based on distance and consistency Hash algorithm is proposed. In the perspective of "take", the traditional network equipment generally couple logical control and data forwarding together, which will lead to the network control surface complicated. This paper adopts SDN network architecture, separating the network control plane and data forwarding plane. The balanced resource scheduling strategy based on the communication link bandwidth is proposed. In the perspective of "use", considering the contents of the relay satellite system to store are images and remote sensing information. When a user extracts data, the system will retrieve the most relevant data for transmission. This strategy can reduce the amount of data transmission, save precious link resources. IPP algorithm is proposed for image retrieval.Finally in this paper, the "save" and "use" part use the MATLAB simulation, the simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can meet the requirement of Space-Ground integrated storage network; In "use" part, we take OPNET software to model and simulation, the simulation results show that the proposed architecture can realize the communication between the space and ground, and the storage strategy can effectively reduce the response time and improve the transmission efficiency.
