Many military and commercial application needs to run on the self-organized multi-jumped wireless network which has high anti-interference performance. Especially applications on unmanned aerial vehicle(uav),which works in broadband high-speed mobile environment, put forward higher requirements on ad-hoc network.. This thesis introduces the designing and realizing a complete mobile Ad Hoc network system based on frequency hopping radio.Wireless self-organizing network is distributed, energy limited, storage limited and computing power limited. This paper presents a fast time synchronization technology for wireless self-organizing network, which is the base of time-division multiple access for network. Each node broadcasts their current clock information, while corresponding neighbor node receives the information. They choose the latest information as the next time clock calibration and broadcast it. This procession continues, it will make the network all nodes clock converge to a same value, so the distributed wireless sensor network synchronized. The dynamic TDMA MAC protocol of this system is mainly based on the improved USAP, which has taken advantage of the characteristics of frequency hopping radio communication at the same time. This MAC protocol has automatically assigned the time slot resources without competition. Because the USAP has certain universality. When we have joined the time slot balance mechanism, the data link layer protocol of this system has a better adaptability in different load level communication. The core function of the network layer of the system is routing, which is to realize multi-relay transmission. In this Ad Hoc network, each node maintains a roughly the same network topology. Each node, used Floyd algorithm, chooses the routing from its topology information. The whole network achieve the relay transmission as we have simplified computational complexity. With the aid of software defined radio technology and the structure of TCP/IP Network architecture, this paper proposes and implements a complete MANET(Mobile Ad Hoc Network) solution. This solution mainly includes three parts: data link layer based on dynamic TDMA MAC protocol; network layer which is based on shortest path first routing algorithm and application layer based on the TFTP protocol which can support filetransferring. The results of our research is important for the practical system design and implementation of Ad Hoc network, especially for communication between UAVs.
