With the rapid development of Internet technology, as well as expanding the size of the database, data mining technology in medicine has become increasingly prominent. Chinese medicine is an important component of prescriptions, which is the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical ties. Currently applying association rule mining technology to the relationship between objective prescriptions property displayed, deepen people’s understanding of Chinese medicine prescriptions, provide theoretical support and reference for Chinese scholars knowledge.This paper will introduce the method to constraint-based association rules algorithm improvements, we proposed a constraint-based association rules mining algorithm BCApriori(Based on Control Apriori) method. BCApriori algorithm by calculating the minimum support generated candidate sets and frequent sets, remove the rear member association does not include property, thus meeting the defining attributes after member associations shall be maintained, due to the large amount of data to reduce the time-consuming search for the target data problem.The main work is summarized as follows:(1) Improved Apriori algorithm and designed BCApriori algorithm. Introduced constraint-based theory of the mechanism to the algorithm, constrained frequent item sets and rules member attribute, removed does not meet the conditions after frequent items. Effectively reducing the number of frequent items, saving time.(2) IBM data generator generating test data sets, doing ingsensitivity analysis to the algorithm parameters. And BCAprior algorithm is applied to prescription medicine efficacy and compatibility analysis of data collected from Chinese medicine "prescriptions" and "pharmacy" in and collected data preprocessing medicine, standardization disorders name and fuzzy dose, respectively, for efficacy and disease constraints, reducing the frequent items, help us to quickly find related items as well as the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine disorders compatibility rules.(3) The improved algorithm is applied to practical problems of prescriptions attribute analysis and experimental. Experimental results show that, BCApriori algorithm for mining association between prescription property feasible. It is faster mined association rules about prescription attributes.
