Nowadays Computer Aided Industrial Design more and more get the attention of people, which has developed many Design software, and then applied to reduce manufacturing and production time, but most of the software only provides a Design platform, software operation learning is too cumbersome. It does not help for the designer’s idea.This study based on the research of design thinking process. with hub model as the research object, the introduction of morphological characteristics parametric design method is applied to the computer aided design, and establish a set of intelligent correction system. Designer can make up thinking by this system. First of all, analysis of development of computer aided industrial design software, and then discusses the designer design thinking mode, and points out that the deficiency of the current system. And then through the analysis of designer’s design process, set up design thinking model, and integration with computer aided industrial design system, provide support for intelligent design system architecture.The intelligent correction system have four modules: sample library, knowledge base,craft, color auxiliary library. Through morphological analysis, taguchi method, semantic differential method and other methods in hub perceptual image and shape analysis modelling and semantic links; Combining wheel production technology experience related to analysis and research to establish technology library. Color secondary libraries is structured by the enterprise. The system used Visual Basic programming language to the emotional meaning, process constraints, the color library associated with CATIA knowledge base tool, finally design a set of operating system interface, it can help the designer quickly to achieve the design objective, makes the designed model can satisfy the designer’s thinking image and meet the technological requirements. This research model can used in subsequent research.
