Currently, micro vision has been integrated into people’s lives, such as micro-measurement, micro-operation and micro-assembly, they are the frontier research direction, their operation objects are usually a few tens of nanometers to hundreds of microns features. For these small scale microscopic objects are not easy to be measured of the human eyes, so the operators often establish micro-computer interaction stereoscopic computer interface, through data reconstruction and graphic reconstruction methods to accomplish the reconstruction of the surface of microscopic objects in computer environment, from that way, the micro objects should to be observed and in depth understanding. With the emphasis on micro-measurement, micro-operations, micro-assembly, and other microscopic research field, three-dimensional reconstruction of micro measurements have made a great progress. In this paper, we studied the laser stripe reconstruct experimental based on binocular stereo microscope optics, using laser stripe has largely resolved optical stereo microscope problem(Stereo light microscope, referred to as SLM) in a large multi-view depth, and it has a good prospect in the fields of micro-mechanical components, biomedical engineering and optics and other fields. In this paper, the goal of this research is to get the disparity image of target object using laser stripe method and compare the accuracy of various algorithms. The main contents of this thesis are as follows:Chapter 1 introduces the research status based on binocular stereo microscope, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the system in each stage, giving an overview background of this research, the significance of this research and the main contents of this paper.Chapter 2 describes the micro fringe projection system, the significance of the laser transmitter combined with SLM system, and introduced the camera projection model, camera calibration method, stereo matching and disparity imaging. Micro fringe projection system includes stereo microscope, multidimensional electrical control platform, the laser transmitters and corresponding facilities, et al. They all described in detail.Chapter 3 introduces the image pre-processing of the left and right image after image acquisition, the image processing includes image filtering, morphological processing, and display the resulting image after preprocessing.Chapter 4 describes the SLM measurement principle and laser transmitter projection principle, using triangulation method and linear scanning laser stripe to obtain images. And describes the different ways to extract sub-pixel microscopic laser stripe coordinates, removal the clutter points and lines using improved algorithm for laser stripe coordinates, and using improved image matching, drawing disparity image.Chapter 5 using quantitative and non-quantitative methods to compare the accuracy of sub-pixel coordinates of the center stripe extraction method and sub-pixel stripe edge extraction method, given the conclusions of which methods get higher precision.Chapter 6 acquisitions calibration plate images under the SLM system to establish the relationship between the object space coordinates and the image coordinates. We also extract the circle center coordinates and plotted the disparity image of the calibration plate. To determine the accuracy of the different laser stripe extraction methods, we also collected laser stripe image of calibration plate, using different algorithm to obtain the sub-pixel center line coordinates and the edge sub-pixel stripes of the laser stripe, according to the extracted laser fringe coordinates to do structure experiments and error analysis, given the accuracy of the analysis results.Chapter 7 gives the conclusions and outlook.
