In recent years, the domestic mobile internet and internet + information technology is developing rapidly. With the good operation mode and convenient service experience, Internet business is integrated into many industries. At the same time, in the field of telecom industry, the number of traditional communication service user increased slowly, the communication operators do not have a good attraction to customers. In this situation, virtual operators was born at the right moment, become another important force of the telecommunications industry.Mobile Virtual Network Operator, as a new member of the telecommunications industry.Relying on the new operation mode, brought a new experience to the users. This thesis in view of the increasing of wireless users requirements, such as high speed data transmission and high QOS, Firstly,analysis the current development state and related techniques of the MVNO(Mobile Virtual Network Operator).After discusses data processing, this paper then discusses the wireless operation and the existing MVNOs. Secondly,combined the MVNO technology with big data technology,we proposed a virtual operator big data processing design, provoded the MVNO users with a variety of features, including user data clustering, classification, correlation analysis, based on the user’s location information service,and intelligent recommend service. Different users have different requirements in the quality of service. Using big data processing design can implement intelligent virtual operator service.Finally, this thesis also uses the virtual operator big data processing design to test MVNO campus user data. The test results show that the big data processing platform designed for MVNO can meet the design requirements.
