Location Information Forecast And Mining Technology Research Based On Virtual Network Operator Digital Operation

With the rapid development of mobile Internet and information technology, the information society is entering an era of big data.In daily life, the people interacting with space information all the time closely,and the exponential growth of spatial information is becoming an important source of big data.According to a rough estimate, the human life come into contact with more than half of the information that is related to the spatial location, the location data is very important propotion of all the information, and people need more location information.Have a precise description of the position and orientation has become the basic requirement of the normal operation of all social organization structure.Location information service has been widely used in the social field in several sectors.For virtual network operator,this paper discusses how to use the location information of mobile users for digital operating,which involved location prediction and analysis of the technology.In the first and second chapter of this article, we summarized the related contents of Mobile Virtual Operator,the wireless location technology related to the location data collection,the general process of data mining, mining method of data mining,which involved location data and the history data of users,and mining algorithm of web data.The third chapter summarizes the virtual network operator.In the fourth chapter discusses a location prediction scheme in wireless operation, specific to consider a kind of location prediction method based on the Cell number(Cell ID).It can predict the moving direction of the user, the predicted results could be used to realize the user channel allocation in advance.The fifth chapter discusses a kind of mobile terminal mining technology based on Web service, and introduce the mobile data mining based on Web services system design.Clustering analysis algorithm in the system could analysis and processing the user data in a database(such as users telephone charge record), thus likely to customer segmentation of users, in order to facilitate the develop of personalized service in the virtual network operator platform in the future.
