With the rapid development of mobile communication technology, numerous new services which require stronger network are emerging, such as wireless cloud computing, it needs not only to transfer certain amount of data before deadline, but also to minimize the energy consumption of terminal. However, due to the tight coupling of the control and forwarding system in existing LTE network, different network nodes have independent control system, the classification scheduling scheme based on which can only classify wireless cloud service as some class of service in general, unable to flexibly handle it according to its characteristics, and therefore cannot satisfy the personalized demand for network performance of wireless cloud computing and other new services. In response to these problems, the application-based Qo S control method in software-defined wireless networks is introduced, and the uplink scheduling scheme for cloud service is further proposed. The resource allocation is based on binary integer programming, and dynamic programming is used to get optimal transmission rate under the current channel conditions. Finally the transmission rate of cloud users is adjusted to minimize the energy consumption. In addition, the uplink scheduling scheme for multi-cloud user is proposed to support multiple concurrent cloud service with different parameters. The algorithm can not only minimize the energy consumption of cloud services while guaranteeing the rate of other services, but also allocate resources in a more reasonable and equitable method by introducing a utility function which is on behalf of the customer satisfaction. The simulation results show that the schemes proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the energy consumption of cloud users to satisfy their special Qo S requirement while ensuring the performance of whole network.
