The emerging of the "Internet+" concept has not only accelerated the development of Internet and other related industries, but also led the traditional industries and more companies and individuals to join the Internet, which resulting in a large amount of data in the Internet. Aiming at having a better access to information for the enterprises and users in the Internet, more and more businesses or individuals publish their own data in the form of services, users and operational system access the required data in a uniform manner, this way is know as data services. Due to different areas of the presence of enterprise or personal, different kinds of data, different data standards and specifications in the releasing process of services, semantic heterogeneity is emerged in the description of data services. In order to solve the semantic heterogeneity in the descriptions of data services, A unified description is needed for the data services published on Web, which can make it more convenient to cooperate, more precise to select services between different data services.This paper focuses on the study of several key aspects, such as semantic annotation of data services, unified description and integration of data services, explores a solution to solve heterogeneous Web service standards vary and semantic heterogeneous problems. This paper mainly studies the following aspects, based on the research and analysis of description documents of data services.(1) Preprocessing of data service description document. Service description documents describes the basic information of the data service, in order to get a better acknowledge of the basic information, parse the document, get the eigenvalues of data service information, model and analyze the eigenvalues, construct domain ontology library, propose a data service classification algorithm based on domain ontology and classify the data services.(2) Designation of unified description language model for data services UDL4DS (Unified Description Language for Data Services). Service providers exist in different trades. It is different data forms and specifications of published data services that resulting in semantic heterogeneity in the data service description. This paper proposes a semantic annotation method based on domain ontology, to make semantic annotation to data services. Then a unified description language, using the designed UDL4DS language model, is needed to can solve the problem of different structures between services, format a unified standard, which can be more convenient to cooperate between services.(3) Design and implementation of data service integration system based on Web. According to the data preprocessing service description document and the design service description document unified description language model, combined with the mapping of relational data services described in this document description language to realize the present description language description of the data services, integrated data services.
