Production technology of industrial detonators with automated continuous man-machine control systems is safe. System includes video surveillance and computerized management techniques. All involved in the production of explosives, detonators and filled primary explosive hazardous processes require complete isolation of human-machine. Online testing system achieves unmanned operation and process control, including the processing and transfer between processes. Process often uses the traditional sequential control in the PLC system. The advantage is the use of the unique structure of PLC programming methods intuitively; But in industrial detonators man-machine isolation automated continuous production technology, the process not only has a large of number of devices and complex logic, but also requires a high degree of automation, continuous and reliable implementation of the action, and each action has a position detection and speed detection, dynamic optimization, process switching, however, the traditional sequential control program is difficult to achieve these goals.According to the requirement of industrial detonator man-machine isolation security protection technology, production efficiency and quality, this paper presents an oriented object man-machine isolation control system design, and the object oriented method in the complex industrial control system can simplify the system structure to improve the efficiency of design. In this paper, a novel 3 object-oriented model including static, dynamic and implementation models based on man-machine isolation control system is established by Unified Modeling Language (UML).In the modeling process of man-machine isolation control system, the object-oriented modeling process firstly creates "device class", "process class" and "optimization class" ". They have some properties and operations, which can achieve some tasks independently. "Device class" comes from actual device, and "process class" comes from the concept of sequential control. And "optimization class" is a new class to improve the control accuracy of other classes.On the basis of realization of class abstraction, two layers are established by each object instantiated system:interlocking layer and control layer. Between the different layers, through the communication and operation between the object, the designed control system can realize man-machine isolation control system process control function and pass the information to the "optimization class", making the optimization calculation get better effect of implementation and control.From the example project, man-machine isolation control system based on object-oriented programming method(OOPM) shows more exciting features than in traditional scheme. Firstly, man-machine isolation control system programming becomes easier because of object-oriented method, the program is understandable and easy to be maintenance.Secondly, a modularized open structure is introduced, which makes it possible to implement new advanced functions. The most important advantage is OOPM keeps compatible with popular developing tools, and can be realized in DCS.
