Analysis And Design Graduate Student Paper Review And Defense System Based On Unstructured Data

With the deepening and development of postgraduate teaching, the number of graduate students is increasing year by year in colleges and universities, along with, the number of participants graduate thesis defense has also increased. At the same time, the level of informatization of colleges and universities is also increasing, therefore, it’s conditional to establish a complete and efficient paper review and thesis defense system to work efficient and standardized management, which will help improve the transparency of paper review work, ensure fair and open of thesis defense work, but also conducive to a large number of on-the-job graduate student’s thesis defense work efficiently performed. Therefore, the establishment of a complete and efficient system for teaching management and teaching quality postgraduate of in universities has an important role.In this paper, based on standardize processes and requirements of paper review and thesis defense work, using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) on the system for a detailed business analysis and functional analysis. Detailed analysis core business and function, such as, file declaration, qualification review, file review, paper review, defense arrangement, and live defense. In the system design, the paper carried out the architecture design and function module design, and combined with the characteristics of MongoDB made entity business object design. In system applications, the paper according to the function module shows the implementation and application of the system from the module assembly, application interfaces, and core function code. In system technology design, the system uses Web API to build HTTP service framework, it is Restful style architecture that supports all the features of HTTP, lightweight JSON format can be used to transmit data. It is more lightweight, flexible, and develop faster, and you can easily use the various services available on the internet, more suitable for building cross platform applications. In addition, the thesis process, will produce a large number of documents, in order to improve the efficiency of data transmission, the system uses JSON encapsulated data, data storage and management is no longer suitable for traditional relational databases, database design, the system uses a more mature, feature rich, unstructured database MongoDB. It is based on documents, using JSON format which similar to BSON format to store data, it is also very consistent with the data encapsulation and transport requirements of the system.Implementation of the system can make the university’s graduate thesis defense work efficiently standardized manner, which not only convenient for students, teachers and experts work, but also to promote the whole school teaching information technology and standardized management.
