Nowadays, although the social develops by leaps and bounds, there are still some destabilizing factors, such as bombings made by terrorist,which have caused a serious threat to social stability and people’s property as well as personal safety,so all over the world were strengthened the detection of explosives.For the traces of explosives will not only remain in object and body which contact with them,some solid explosives generally toward divergence around particles of dust, according to obtain the explosive trace information by extracting the surrounding air, make the detection of trace explosives and other dangerous items possible.In this paper, a kind of portable, low power consumption and high sensitivity of explosives and alcohol detection system is designed. Including the design of the detection device and the design of the intelligent algorithm of data processing. The detection device composed of a sensor detection module, a control module, a function prompt module and a communication module. The bomb drugs detection module which using molecularly imprinted piezoelectric sensor, can achieve rapid detection by combining to the target molecules precisely.For the detection results are affected by the modified method, using three kinds of modified method and the multi sensor data fusion method to improve detection system of anti interference and accuracy of test results. Alcohol sensor is used for realize the conversion of alcohol concentration and electric signal. Control module can realize the processing of collection signals and then sent them to the microcontroller, including the processing of explosive signal in frequency division, filtering, gating,as well as the signal processing circuit of alcohol sensor.The micro controller is the ultra low power MSP430 Series MCU to achieve the control of peripherals. Function prompt module including sound and light alarm and LCD display, for the testing of the device performance.the communication interface is designed, which can achieve 2.4G interface SPI network measurement, serial communication for the exchange of data between computers. It is convenient to upgrade the system and improve the practicability of the system. Data processing intelligent algorithm using BP neural network algorithm to achieve intelligent judgment of explosives. According to the requirements of the system, the hardware circuit design, PCB board drawing and the realization of software function are completed, and the test data are analyzed, including the system detection performance analysis and algorithm analysis.Experimental results show that the maximum error of the detection system is 0.05811%. After the data fusion algorithm is processed, the detection error is reduced from 0.304% to 0.279%, and the classification algorithm is used to realize the intelligent judgment of the explosive. Alcohol detection concentration range is 25-200ppm. Can realize the intelligent analysis of the detection of explosives, and at the same time the alarm over the alcohol concentration of the environmental threshold.
