Profit from the special celerity and sensitivity, the biosensor earns experts' endearment so is developed and renovated successively. The biosensor employs live organism as the identifier organ, given the organism has some limitation per se, which is why its application and development is blocked in some ways. At present, the research on biosensor is focused on sensitive film which can identify molecular.Molecular imprinting (MI) is a novel technology rising recent years and developing rapidly. The core of this technology is to prepare highly inert molecular imprinting polymers(MIP) whit special identifier. The MIP has uniqueness to many sort of compound being used in environment, medicine and other fields. It can undergo acid, alkali, metal ion and other causticity solution and preserve identifier capability. It can resist heavy stress, high temperature and high pressure, too. All the predominance endows the MIP with very important significance. In this paper, the two topics are researched of combination chloramphenicol macular imprinting polymer (CMIP) in organic media and primary preparation the MIP in aqueous solution.During the process of the combination MIP experiment in organic media, the QCM's electrodes surface feature can be offered by monitor QCM's frequency drift (△f) between unwashed surface after polymerization and washed with carbinol. The carbinol can regenerate the electrode surface and makes the QCM can be used repeatedly. The experiment result suggests that rate of monomer to cyclostyle should be 2:1 when synthesize CMIP and the reaction temperature should be 50 ℃. The result testifies also that the polymer product has good capability when the proportion of linker reagent mixed into the reaction system. The CMIP prepared in preparation MIP experiment is used on QCM surface, and in virtue of the latter it can implement primal qualitatively analysis chloramphenicol.Considering it has not been popular still to detect chloramphenicol with instrument mentioned above, to recruit a general measurement—gas chromatography—to detect the leftover chloramphenicol distributing the muscle of fish and shrimp is very necessary.
