With the rapid development of the mobile Internet, the demand for business data is increasing. In order to achieve high-speed data transmission and efficient spectrum utilization,3GPP has introduced low power nodes in Release 10, which is used to shorten the distance between users and base station. The architecture of deploying low power nodes on the basis of traditional macro-cell network is called Heterogeneous Networks (HetNets). In order to save bandwidth, macro base stations and small base stations tend to use the same frequency band of the same frequency. But due to the heterogeneous network in different nodes of different transmit power, macro base station coverage is far greater than the small base stations, and Macro station is overloaded because of the traffic load of irregular distribution. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to introduce range expansion cell (CRE).In this paper, we study the technology of LTE-A heterogeneous networking, and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the eICIC based inter cell interference coordination scheme, CoMP based inter cell interference coordination scheme, CA based inter cell interference coordination. But the traditional scheme is a single solution to the network, which can not adapt to the needs of the network and network capacity to change the network system, so how to choose one or more of the interference coordination technology to improve the network performance is very important. In this paper, a new method based on load balancing for eICIC and CRE and a HETNET system based on adaptive enhanced technology is proposed. The main contributions of this paper are as follows:1. According to the network load changes, the system can adjust the eICIC and CRE. Firstly, the most suitable proportional value of almost blank subframe need to be found which makes the maximum network capacity. Secondly, the optimal matching of the network load is achieved by increasing or decreasing the CRE bias of the base station. Simulation results show that this method can improve the total throughput of the system and the performance of the edge users.2. Firstly, according to the distribution of users in the system, it is necessary to determine the preliminary networking technology. Secondly, according to the system capacity and network requirements, the load status of system can be achieved. Ultimately the final networking scheme can be determined. From LP-ABS, CoMP and CA, we can choose one or several combinations, which could get 8 kinds of different combinations of system networking technology. The scheme improves the throughput and the average delay of the edge users, and reduces the energy consumption of the system. The simulation results verify the feasibility of the scheme.
