We should establish a completed applicable three assets management system based on the fact of Feixian, because there are great differences in different countryside.The system used SQL Server 2014 database, B/S framework, and the data persistence layer is mainly done by Hibernate which packages database interface. The main business logic using Spring framework, which is responsible for the management of the connection to Hibernate session. Represents level uses Struts framework, which accepts the customer’s request and transfer the control to Action object. As used in the presentation layer, Struts framework presents by the JSP interface.The system includes system initialization, fund management, asset management, resource management, economic contract management, financial disclosure. System initialization function has three capital management settings, system parameter setting options, setting the accounting period, setting the accounts, setting the department, setting account template, personal information management and project management; funds management capabilities includes credential management, ending treatment, books management, reports management and accounts management of five function; asset management capabilities includes asset classes, changes in maintenance mode, changes in assets, asset maintenance, asset summary and a detailed ledger function; resource management functions include resource category maintenance, resource maintenance, resource lease, the resource collection, resource summary, detailed ledger and Expiration Reminder of seven functions; there are two sub-economic contract management functions one is economic contracts, one is ledger entry economic contract; financial disclosure function has four sub-functions, which are disclosed in the report, village-level monitoring indicators, balance sheet and cash bank deposits summary of changes.After the system put into use, residents in Linyi Feixian can manage their assets and resources in time. Users can save a lot of time doing statistics and auditing, thus speeding up the process of modernization in rural areas, and the state can better and faster to develop different policies for different regions.
