In recent years, the national development of safe city construction, video and surveillance system has been widely used. But the technology of the Internet has brought many kinds of security risks, how to improve the security of video and surveillance has become the focus of researchers.The current international and domestic no perfect security technology scheme of video and surveillance, the lack of a mature application reference. In this paper, the author detailed analysisof video and surveillance characteristics, the security requirements are analyzed, the PKI system, safe from peer entities in the strong authentication and communication links for the establishment of ensure the security of the key negotiation, ensure that the transmission of dynamic security, storage of the static security, user access control security of video and surveillance safety further perfect, a oriented security video and surveillance of key management solution is proposed in this paper. The main work of this paper is as follows:1. Analysis of the existing international ONVIF and domestic given GB/T 28181 video and surveillance solutions by combining the characteristics of the existing market video and surveillance, the use of GB/T28181 and Tri-element Peer Authentication (TePA) trusted third party authentication mechanism is introduced to realize authentication in video and surveillance system and between peer entities security to establish a communication link;2. The video and surveillance of key management certificate management research, using PKI key management system to enhance the peer entity authentication, using a digital signature to ensure between peer entities interactive information integrity, by trusted third party complete equality between entities certificate validity identification, ensure the legal entity access system, implementation of peer entities between negotiated session key for security and video encryption key;3. Due to the large amount of data in video and surveillance, the speed of encryption and decryption requirement is high, and ensure the system has to safety requirements, combined with the video camera terminal using H.264 video encoding characteristics, the design and implementation of the update scheme based on the SEI’s key to meet video and surveillance key synchronization forward security and real-time characteristics;4. Aimed at the existing video and surveillance characteristic of closed proposed inter domain key agreement protocol, using PKI technology and the Diffie-Hellman protocol, in insecure public network realization between users negotiate a secure session key and ensure the video and surveillance in the network of legitimate users access and cross domain user interaction information confidentiality.
