Along with the development of the network, XML is more and more often used for the network information transmission.(becoming quickly the network data mean with the fact standard that information exchange).Because of the extensibility of XML,the XML security problem is becoming a big problem. The Digital Commodity Logistics System is a e-commerce integrated logistics system based on ISPSIL(Information Services Provider Supported Integrated Logistics)Model.Its data is XML files. So when it transfers theses XML files through the internet,it needs a safe XML security transmission method.Some XML security transmission techniques are being used to solve the XML security problem. XML Encryption and XML Signature technologies make sure the confidentiality,integrity, affirmation of the XML files when they are being transferred and saved. Diffie-Hellman key-exchange protocol can produce a secret key which can be used to encrypt the XML files.SSL protocol and SOAP protocol is used for transmit the information of secret key and encrypted files.According these techniques,the paper designs a XML security transmission method which is based on the Diffie-Hellman key-exchange protocol and the transmission protocols(SSL,SOAP protocol), and uses XML Encryption and XML Signature technologies.By using the advanced DH protocol which is based on the XML digital cert and the MAC(Message Authentication Code),a secret key is exchanged,and it is used to encrypt the XML files.the method makes sure the security of XML files.
