The Design And Implementation Of E-learning Platform Based On Cloud Computing

E-Learning was established through online education platform for learners to learn a way. It implements the learners can accept education demands at any time and place, to break the limit of time and space in trad itional teaching. As the depth of the online learning style popular, its main support environment gradually exposed an online learning platform independent platform construction, regional education information resources distribution, learning platform betw een the information island and other issues. The emergence of cloud computing to solve these problems effectively provides a possible way.The cloud computing is composed of a large number of computer community, through the distributed computing and virtua lization technologies virtualization software and hardware resources into a unified resource pool, free or way to lease to provide customers with computation, storage and other services. At present more mature cloud computing platform has one million serve r cluster servers, and can provide powerful computing capacity and huge amounts of storage space. And the characteristics of cloud computing service are based on cloud computing, it is proposed to build research plan of online learning platform, and on the existing Google cloud computing platform using Google App Engine sends a unified, open online learning system, aims to change the defects of traditional online learning platform. The specific work is mainly including : First, the online learning and cloud computing and other related theory, the core of the Google App Engine architecture and the services provided by the interface technology has carried on the research and analysis. Second of all, the traditional distributed construction model of online learning platform in detail, aiming at the shortcomings of its existence, combined with the advantages of cloud computing based on cloud computing is proposed to construct the online learning platform(hereinafter referred to as cloud learning platform) research program, and to learn the whole cloud platform architecture and functional requirements are analyzed and design. Thirdly, the use of Google App Engine development platform, Eclipse integrated environment, Java web technology to develop the online learnin g system’s main function module, user management, learning resource management and interaction, etc.), and the system function interface,business logic and data persistence and system security and so on details of implementation are analyzed and expounded.By using Google App Engine development platform and Java web technology, the thesis is based on Google’s cloud computing to achieve the main function module of online learning system, based on cloud computing the feasibility of the construction of online learning platform provides the certain basis.
